Business CPA McAllen AlternativeWho closes the month
You want one practice on the books, the payroll setup, and the return, and you want a name and a phone on the page before you call.

Who the search reaches
Steven Palmieri is a Tax CFO, the Entrepreneur's CFO. We keep the books, prepare the return, and read the year with the owner while it can still move. This address exists so that work has a front door for people whose year follows produce, freight, clinics, shops, and the bridges, instead of a generic page that tries to be every city at once. The number printed under every page reaches this same practice.
Stay on the articles if that is all you wanted. The reading is still meant to be useful if you never call. If you do call, the number in the footer reaches the same practice that publishes the page. The pages leave out a street and an email on purpose.
The 17 Street entertainment district is one of the named stretches locals use when they tell a visitor where the evening went. Every Texan knows the pleasure of a town that kept a real downtown night. The books from the shops on a night like that still have to land in the month the card batch settled, and we close that month by video on the day we named.
What we will and will not open with
We open with the last closed month and the question you actually have. We do not open with a speech about titles. If the file has been quiet since spring, the first work is the catch-up, and we say that before we talk about a monthly rhythm. If the file is current and the worry is the return, we start there. The past gets cleaned up, the present gets a cadence, and the year ahead gets decisions with dates on them.
Statements you can hand a lender are part of the work once the months tie. A report that must carry an audit, review, or compilation opinion is not. That is the entire limit, said in one breath. The disclosures page holds the longer version, including the statute sections, in sentences written for this site.
How a relationship usually starts
A short talk is a conversation. It does not hire anyone. On that call we say what the year looks like to us and what a written scope would cover, and we also say when a monthly engagement would be too much. The work begins only after a letter names the scope and the fee and both sides have signed it. What we quote follows how many seasons are still open and how clean the deposits already are. A single heavy season with clean books is not the same job as three open years.
After that, the month has a day. You know when the statements arrive. You know which questions we will ask when a deposit does not match a sale. Naming that day ahead of time is the ordinary relief, and it is deliberate. Owners do not need a performance. They need the named day to arrive with the month already tied. A Valley owner who already knows which month is still open can say that on the call, and the scope letter can name that month instead of a vague year.
Tell us who is calling
A sentence on the last closed month is enough to start.
