Who this note is from
Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. A question about this page goes to +1 844-324-7273.
What you give us
The form sends the fields you filled in. That is your name, a phone number, an email if you added one, the size band you chose, how current the books are, and the note you wrote. Every field is on the screen. Nothing is collected from a box you cannot see.
A time you pick on the booking page is taken by Microsoft Bookings and then handed to the same people who read the form. The calendar frame stays unloaded until you press the button that asks for it, so opening the page is not itself a booking and a scroll does not mount the frame.
What is collected on its own
A page view can store two random ids in your browser, one that stays and one that ends when the tab closes, plus the page that sent you and any campaign tags on the link. Those ids stay on our server. They exist so we can see which pages earn their place.
Set Do Not Track and that recording does not happen.
No ad pixel runs here, no company identifies you as a visitor, and no outside analytics script is loaded. The network that delivers the pages keeps ordinary request logs for security and for limiting abuse.
Why it is held
We hold a note so we can answer you, so the call you asked for is not a cold start, so the work can be done if you hire us, so we can see which pages help, so junk submissions can be dropped, and so ordinary records can be kept.
We do not sell what you send. We do not hand it to someone else for their ads. No machine makes a decision about you.
How long, and how to have it removed
An enquiry stays until it has been answered, and longer when an engagement and the records behind it still need it. Call and ask for the enquiry to be deleted, and that deletion is done. You can also ask what is held and ask for a correction. The same number reaches the person who can do both.
The public form never asks for a Social Security number, a bank password, or a copy of a return. Those do not belong on a page anyone can open. If a later conversation needs a document, you and Steven and his team agree on the channel. The public form is not that channel.
When this page changes
When this page changes, the wording here changes with it. A change that matters is written on this page, not announced somewhere else and left for you to hunt.
